Good morning, fellow shareholders, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Altium Limited, our first virtual AGM. My name is Sam Weiss. And for those of you I have not met, I am the Chairman of Altium. I'd like to advise you that today's meeting will be recorded, and it will be available shortly after the meeting on our website.

I'm pleased to advise that all of the Altium Limited Directors are able to join us today, along with some of our most senior executives. In California and the United States, we are joined by Lynn Mickleburgh. Lynn is a nonexecutive Director of the company and Chair of the Human Resources Committee and a member of our Audit Committee.

From Melbourne in Victoria in Australia, we are joined by Raelene Murphy. Raelene is a nonexecutive Director of the company, the Chair of our Audit Committee and a member of our Human Resources Committee.
