Good morning and good afternoon, fellow shareholders. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Altium Limited. My name is Sam Weiss. And for those of you whom I have not met, I am the Chairman of the company. I'm very pleased to advise that all of my fellow directors on the Board of Altium are able to join us today, along with a number of our key executives. From Menlo Park in California in the United States of America, we're joined by Lynn Mickleburgh, who is a nonexecutive Director and the Chair of our Human Resources Committee as well as being a member of our Audit Committee. From Melbourne in Victoria, Australia, we're joined by Raelene Murphy, a nonexecutive Director, Chair of our Audit Committee and a member of our Human Resources Committee.
