Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the tenth Annual General Meeting of NEXTDC Limited. My name is Doug Flynn, and I'm the Chairman of NEXTDC. Thank you for attending today's meeting. A virtual experience, many of us are increasingly becoming accustomed to in a COVID world. I hope you and your loved ones are safe and well as we all continue to adjust to this new way of living and working. As this format of meeting may be new for some, let me take a moment to outline today's proceedings.
