Good morning, and welcome to the 13th Annual General Meeting of NEXTDC Limited. My name is Doug Flynn, and I'm the Chairman of NEXTDC. Thank you for attending.

And let me take a moment to outline today's proceedings. You will have the opportunity to participate today irrespective of whether you're here in person or attending virtually.
