Good morning, everyone, or good evening, depending on where you're located. My name is Wayne Heili, and I'm the Managing Director and CEO of Peninsula Energy. I'd like to welcome you all to this investor webcast, following the release of our Lance Projects Definitive Feasibility Study earlier this week. That study confirmed our flagship project is a globally competitive uranium In Situ Recovery or ISR operation.

The delivery of this DFS is a major milestone for Peninsula and provides us with the information we need as we continue to work towards a final investment decision for the production restart at Lance. Our Lance project holds one of the largest US uranium resources totaling £53.7 million, and it's located in the Tier 1 uranium mining jurisdiction of Wyoming. It is also the only US-based uranium project authorized to use the industry-leading low pH in situ recovery method of uranium extraction.
