Thank you. And good morning, Australia, and hello to all. Thank you for taking the time to join this call. We at Peninsula thought it was prudent on the back of this morning's announcement that we provide the opportunity for questions around what is, frankly, some rather disappointing news.

As you would have seen in the announcement, we recently received notice from our resin processing service provider, Uranium Energy Corp, that they'll be terminating our resin processing agreement. To Peninsula, this was unanticipated.

To provide some context, we've been working directly with the UEC team over the last several years as a part of the process to restart production at Lance. We financially supported the maintenance and upkeep of that processing facility during our down period to
