(the "Company") (NASDAQ:BLDR) today announced that the previously announced public offering of 10,000,000 shares of its common stock by JLL Building Holdings, LLC priced at a price to the public of $14.65 per share. The offering is expected to close on March 8, 2017, subject to customary closing conditions.
