Good afternoon, everyone. I, Rajesh Parte, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, welcome you to the 74th Annual General Meeting of Blue Star Limited. Mr. Shailesh Haribhakti, Chairman of the company, has occupied the Chair. He has joined the meeting from our office at Bandbox House, Worli, Mumbai. Members may please note that this AGM is being held through video conference in accordance with the provisions of the Company's Act 2013 and applicable circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, and SEBI. The facility for joining this meeting through video conferencing and other audio-visual means is being made available to the members on first come, first served basis. Members participating the AGM [through] video conferences shall be reckoned for the purpose of forum as per Section 103 of the Company's Act 2013. All members who have joined this meeting are by default kept on mute mode by the host to avoid any disturbance arising from background noise and ensure smooth conduct of this meeting.
