Thank you. Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. Thank you for joining this call today. As you are aware, we had declared our Q1 FY '23 results yesterday. I thought that it is important for me to join this call as a transition. As you may recall, in May, I joined the call along with Mr. Neeraj Basur, who had resigned at that point of time. I'm pleased to inform you that Mr. Nikhil Sohoni has joined us as Group Chief Financial Officer with effect from July 1, 2022. He is on the call today. And as you may be aware, he joined us from Mahindra & Mahindra.
