The outstanding loan portfolio grew by 7% to INR309,587 crores as of June 30, 2025.
The individual home loan portfolio increased by 7%, comprising 85% of the total loan book.
Net interest income rose by 4% to INR2,065.78 crores for Q1 FY26.
Asset quality improved with Stage 3 exposure default decreasing to 2.62% from 3.30% the previous year.

Net interest margins declined to 2.68% from 2.76% in Q1 FY25 and 2.86% in Q4 FY25.
Disbursements in project loans significantly decreased to INR156 crores from INR521 crores the previous year.
There was a slight increase in NPAs by about INR500 crores during the quarter.
The company faced intense competition from public sector banks, impacting growth in disbursements.
Credit costs were higher than the guidance range, with concerns about collection efficiencies and asset quality pressures.
