Business Description

Description
V2 Edificios Corporativos Fundo de Investimento Imobiliario is a Brazilian real estate investment fund (fundo de investimento imobiliario, or FII) focused on corporate office properties. The fund invests primarily in income-producing commercial office buildings, which it acquires, owns, and leases to corporate tenants under rental contracts. Its revenue comes mainly from rental income generated by these properties, supplemented by income from short-term financial investments and, where applicable, gains from the sale or disposition of real estate assets. The fund is managed by an appointed asset manager and is listed and traded on the Brazilian stock exchange, allowing investors to buy and sell quotas. It operates within Brazil's regulated FII framework, which generally requires the fund to distribute most of its net income to quota holders. Its portfolio and performance depend on occupancy rates, lease terms, and conditions in the Brazilian corporate real estate market.
