CPH Group AG is a Swiss industrial holding company that operates through two divisions: Zeochem and Perlen Packaging. Zeochem develops and manufactures molecular sieves used to purify natural gas, ethanol, and other industrial gases, as well as lithium-based materials for oxygen concentration in industrial and medical applications. Perlen Packaging supplies high-barrier films and primary packaging materials, such as vials and containers, exclusively to the pharmaceutical industry. The company serves customers in the chemical, energy, medical, and pharmaceutical sectors, with production and sales operations spanning Europe, the Americas, and Asia. Revenue is generated through the sale of specialty chemical products and pharmaceutical packaging films to industrial and healthcare customers worldwide. The group is headquartered in Switzerland and was formerly known as CPH Chemie + Papier Holding AG before divesting its paper business and rebranding.
