Thank you, operator. Good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining us for our first quarter trading update. As usual, I'm joined by our CFO, John Heasley. And after a short overview from me, we'll be delighted to take your questions.
Let me just start by updating on our colleagues in Ukraine, who I'm pleased to say are all safe and well. We're staying in regular contact with them and supporting them in whatever ways we can. They are showing tremendous spirits. And some of the team have actually chosen actively to return to work at our site, serving our customers and keeping business operations running as best they can.
