Good morning, everyone, and welcome to Weir's half year results presentation.

I'm joined today by our CFO, John Heasley, and we'll follow our usual format. So after some opening remarks from me, I'll hand over to John to take you through the financial review, and then I'll return with the strategic and markets review and the outlook for the group and we'll then open up for questions.
Before starting, many of you will have seen last week's announcement regarding John's move, and while he will be with us for a few months, yet I wanted to take today's opportunity to recognize and thank him for his significant contribution to Weir and to wish him well in his new role.
