Good morning and welcome to the Trager Inc. special meeting of stockholders. I will now turn the line over to Jeremy Andrus. Mr. Andrus?
Thank you. Good afternoon. I'm Jeremy Andres, the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Trager Inc, and the Chairman of today's meeting. I'm very happy to welcome you to our special meeting of stockholders, which is completely virtual and being conducted via live webcast.
Before I call the meeting to order, I'd like to introduce to you the other members of the company who are with us today.
