Good morning, and welcome to the Traeger, Inc. 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. I will now turn the line over to Jeremy Andrus. Mr. Andrus ?

Thank you. Good afternoon. I am Jeremy Andrus, the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Traeger, Inc. And the Chairman of today's meeting. I'm very happy to welcome you to our 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, which is completely virtual and being conducted via live webcast.

Before I call the meeting to order, I'd like to introduce you to the other members of the Board and the officers of the company who are with us today.

The other members of the board in attendance are Raul Alvarez, Wendy Abeck, Martin Eldridge, James Ho, Daniel James; Elizabeth C. Lempres, and Stephen Richmond.

In addition, participating today are Joey Hoard, our Chief Financial Officer, and Cortland Astle, our General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.
