Thank you. Good afternoon. I'm Eric Remer, CEO and Chairman of the Board of EverCommerce and the Chairman of today's meeting. I'm very happy to welcome you to our 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.

Before I call the meeting to order, I'd like to introduce you to the other members of the Board and the officers of the company who are with us today.

The other members of the Board attendance are Penny Baldwin, Tanner Austin, John Rudella, Rick Simonson, and Amy Guggenheim Shenkan. In addition, participating today are Ryan Siurek, our Chief Financial Officer, and Lisa Storey, our Chief Legal Officer.
