Good morning, everyone, and thanks for joining us. It's my pleasure to welcome you to the Avanos Second quarter earnings conference call. With me this morning are Joe Woody, CEO; and Michael Greiner, Senior Vice President and CFO. Joe will discuss 3 topics this morning, beginning with an update on our response to the pandemic, than our second quarter performance and end with our progress against our 2020 priorities. Michael will then provide details of the actions we've taken to address the challenges presented by the pandemic and review our second quarter results. We'll finish the call with Q&A.
