Welcome to our annual healthcare conference. I'm Jayson Bedford. I cover medical devices here at Raymond James. I'm really pleased to have with us today the senior management team from Avanos. We have the Company CEO, Joe Woody; the Company's VP Treasurer and Investor Relations, Dave Crawford. Joe will go through a company presentation here. Okay. Thanks, Jayson, and I appreciate everyone's interest in Avanos, and thank you for taking the time this morning to review the presentation. A couple of things I will say upfront. One is, we are really happy with our performance during the pandemic in 2020, which has led to an acceleration or continuation of performance in 2021. We were able to achieve growth despite the pandemic, but more importantly, set our business up for progression in our gross and operating margin.
