Good morning, and welcome to the 2026 Annual Stockholder Meeting of Old Second Bancorp, Inc.
I am Jim Ecker, Chairman, CEO, and President of Old Second Bancorp. It is my pleasure to welcome you here today for this meeting.
We're excited to be hosting this virtual meeting, which allows us to be more inclusive and reach a greater number of stockholders.
