Description
MIE Holdings Corp is investment holding. The principal business of the company is to engage in the exploration, development, production and sale of crude oil and other petroleum products under Daan Oilfield production sharing contracts located in northeast China. The company has only one segment, which is principally engaged in the exploration, development, production and sale of oil under PSC in the PRC. All of the group's revenue is derived from the PRC.
