Really excited to have Johnson Controls with us. I think it's a really good story. There's -- since George has started as CEO, a lot of growth, a lot more growth, good cash. Cash is coming up. And to me, this is one of the most underappreciated stories that I cover.
And so George Oliver is Chairman and CEO. We have Brian Stief with us who is EVP and CFO. George became the CEO of JCI in September 2017 after a brief but important role as COO. Obviously, he was the CEO of Tyco from 2012 to 2016. And prior to that time, he spent more than 20 years at GE. I think that's still a good thing, but anyway...
