So kicking off, George, again, thanks so much for being here. Maybe we'll start off with a question around sort of the top line growth outlook. You've guided sort of 8% to 10% organic growth for the year, steady growth over the balance of the year. I think that's different from a lot of companies here who are sort of banking on a back half ramp to hit numbers. JCI, that isn't the case. So maybe help us understand how you're thinking about backlog recognition, the shape of the revenues
