Before I continue, I want to use this opportunity to welcome Rhian Erasmus to the group. And for those of you that picked up the sense, announcement recently, he'll be taking over from and Anabel at year end. Anabel will have some responsibility, still presenting this financial statement due sometime in November, I guess. And then afterwards, Rhian will be in the driving seat.
