Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. A warm welcome to the interim results for the six months ended 28 February 2025 of Octaec Investments.

The format of our presentation will be very similar to that of prior. I will do an overview. I will then hand over to our, the Chief Operating Officer, Jolene Conrade, who will deal with, the various sectors in which we operate. I will then call on our, A financial director.

Rean Erasmus, as well as our deputy CEO Ran Erasmus, to talk to us about the financial, performance, up to now. I will come in after that and and and talk a little bit about the outlook and then hopefully we have time on hand to deal with questions and answers that you guys may have.
