Hello, ladies and gentlemen. It is now 11:00. My name is Andrzej Kisielewicz. I am the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of KGHM Polska Miedz S.A. and I will preside over this -- we elect the Chairman of this meeting or the Chairwoman.

I would like to welcome the shareholders, the media, the Supervisory Board and that is Boguslaw Szarek, JÃ³zef Czyczerski and Ireneusz Pasis.

I would like to welcome the Management Board, the President, CEO, Marcin Chludzinski, Katarzyna Kreczmanska-Gigol, Adam Bugajczuk and Radoslaw Stach. I would like to welcome as well all of the staff of the company who support us in this meeting.

Minutes of this meeting will be taken by [Radoswakf Stepnyak] Notary Public.
