Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Andrzej Kisielewicz, and I would like to open the Annual General Meeting of KGHM Polska Miedz S.A. I will be chairing the meeting until the chairperson is elected.
Let me welcome shareholders, representatives of the media and representatives of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Czyczerski, Darowski and Szarek; and the Management Board, the complete Board of Mr. Chludzinski, President; and Vice Presidents, Mr. Gruza and Bugajczuk, Swiderski and Kensbok.

My name is Andrzej Leganowicz, a shareholder authorized to attend this meeting. I'm putting forward my candidate chair for Chairman. And if I'm elected, I will take the office of Chairman and moderate and chair the meeting.
