It has three principal operating segments - Liqhobong Mine, BK11 Mine and corporate. Its flagship asset is the Liqhobong Diamond Mine in Lesotho, and the group also has a stake in the BK11 Mine in Botswana. Also, it owns land in Finland that contains known diamond-bearing kimberlites. Its goal is to become a mid-tier diamond producer yielding one million carats per annum.
