So good morning, everybody, and welcome to Catella's Interim Report for the First Quarter of 2025. My name is Daniel Gorosch, Interim CEO of Catella Group; and together with Michel Fischier, CFO and Head of Investor Relations, we will walk you through the highlights of the first quarter of 2025. So today's Catella Group, we are managing approximately SEK150 billion in assets under management with a revenue base just north of SEK2 billion and we have operations in 12 countries, assets in 16 and this is backed by nearly 500 employees. So we operate in three property-focused business areas: Investment Management, Principal Investments and Corporate Finance.
