Good morning and welcome to Catella's earnings call where we will present the year-end report for '25. I'm Rikke Lykke, the CEO of Catella Group, and joining me today is Michel Fischier, our CFO and head of investor relations. I will begin with a brief overview of Cella, cover the main points for '25 and Q4, and then we will review the financials, summarize, and then open for Q&A.
Catella is a pan-European investment manager and real estate advisor managing SEK155 billion in assets across 16 countries with a revenue of SEK2.7 billion and 470 employees.
