Welcome to Ameresco's 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. I would now like to introduce the first presenter, George Sakellaris, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Ameresco.
Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the Ameresco's 2026 Annual Meeting of the Stockholders. I will now call the meeting to order. We appreciate your attendance, your interest, and most importantly, your support of Ameresco. Although we are not in person, we encourage your full participation.
Stockholders who have entered their control numbers when accessing the meeting may submit questions at any time during this meeting in the space provided on the virtual meeting screen.
During the annual meeting, questions from stockholders should pertain to the proposals being considered at that particular time. Stockholders wishing to ask other questions will be given an opportunity to do so following the meeting.
