I'm going to lead a series of questions, but I'd certainly love to take questions from you guys. So we'll leave some time from the audience if you've got specific questions. I've got a laundry list, and we certainly we won't get through it all in 30 minutes.
But I thought the first thing maybe we'd throw out is just given that the environment has changed a bit and the economy seems to be slowing down, global growth seems to be slowing a bit, I thought maybe we could have the folks here -- maybe just talk a little bit how they're thinking about risk and how they're sort of managing the business as we're maybe going through a bit more of an unchartered territory.
