Good morning, everyone. Thanks for joining us. My name is Tony Paolone, and I'm a Research Analyst at JPMorgan, and it's my pleasure to moderate a company discussion here with BXP. With us is the management team, and I'm going to start from your left on the far end here and start with who we have here this morning.
We have Hilary Spann, who runs the company's New York region, which is going to be a great point of discussion here today. We have Michael LaBelle, who's Chief Financial Officer of the company.
