Going to kick things off with Encompass this morning for this session, we have Mark Tarr, the company's CEO; and also Doug Coltharp, the CFO of the company. All right. Great. So maybe to start with kind of talking about some of the key growth drivers for the company. I think for '22 to '26, you guys talked about 6 to 10 de novo openings per year. On top of that, adding now 80 to 120 net additions per year to existing facilities and having all that culminate in a 6% to 8% discharge CAGR.
