Mark, you just reported 4Q results, 2026 guidance a few weeks ago. Why don't you start with just giving us the current state of affairs of the business and how you're thinking about the year ahead?
Yeah, so we're coming off, three years of very high level execution, and we're extremely positive about our outlook going forward. You look at the continued need for services with the aging demographics. There's an imbalance of the supply and demand. There are very few beds being added outside of our organization in terms of net gains and beds in the earth industry, so this continued demand is out there.
