Good morning, and thanks, everyone, for being here at our First Annual Wolfe Research Conference. My name is Justin Lake. I cover Healthcare Services here at Wolfe. Very pleased to have with us today representing Anthem, Felicia Norwood, the President of Anthem's Government Business Division; and Jeff Plante, CFO of the company's Commercial and Specialty Businesses. We also have the VP of IR and FP&A here, Chris Rigg, as well.
