Hi, everybody. Lance Wilkes, health care services analyst for Bernstein. Thanks so much for either staying here or for coming on in for Elevance. And just one comment I'll make before we do introductions. As we entered the year, Elevance is our top pick for 2024. And our posturing, I always talk with the clients on Tuesday. Best ideas and different things like that. Like our view is that the Elevance story and the story I think you'll probably walk through is the story that I would kind of characterize as if I had one stock that I was putting in a drawer for 5 and 10 years, this would be the opportunity and something we've been very intrigued with what I inappropriately call the Optum for the Blues strategy, but you'll [characterize] more appropriately.
