Good afternoon, Atif. Thank you for having us today. Our first slide is our safe harbor, which I suggest you all read as well as our -- all of our filings. You'll find all good information in there.
For those who are not familiar with Rambus, let me give you a short introduction. We were founded in 1990, and since then, we've been developing high-speed memory and high-speed interface technologies. For the last 10 years or so, we've also added to our portfolio embedded security solutions. And all of that time, we were focusing on these 2 types of activities.
