Perfect. Why don't we go ahead and get started? I'd like to welcome everyone to this afternoon's presentation. It's kind of a hybrid presentation with a little bit of a presentation, moving into a fireside chat with Rambus.
It's my pleasure to introduce the management team of Rambus. To my immediate left is Luc Seraphin, who's the Chief Executive Officer; and to his immediate left is Rahul Mathur, who's the Chief Financial Officer.
Luc is going to go through, I think, a couple of slides of presentation talking about the company. Rambus is a company that's been around for an extremely long time, but I think they've done some really interesting things in sort of restructuring their portfolio, restructuring their focus, which I think Luc will address in his presentation, and then we'll move into some Q&A.
