Good morning. I'm Shane Trigg, President and CEO of Appfolio. And on behalf of the company, I'd like to thank you for participating in our 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. I will be presiding as Chairperson over the meeting, and I'm joined today by Evan Pickering, our General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, who has been appointed to act as Inspector of Elections and who will also serve as Secretary of the meeting.
