Good morning, everyone. My name is Bill Boni. I'm the Vice President of Investor Relations at Minerva. Welcome to today's breakfast discussion. The focus of today's speakers will be the recently published paper by Dr. Greg Strauss in Schizophrenia Bulletin that applies network analysis to demonstrate that affecting the neural mechanisms underlying avolition may be fundamental to improving global negative symptoms in this disease.

We will open with a brief introduction by Rémy Luthringer, Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Minerva. He will be followed by Dr. Strauss, Dr. Phil Harvey and then back to Rémy.

Dr. Strauss directs the Clinical Affective Neuroscience Laboratory and Georgia Psychiatric Risk Evaluation Program.
