My name is Remy Luthringer, and I'm the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Minerva Neurosciences, and it is really my pleasure to welcome you to Minerva's 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. This year, we are holding the meeting virtually because of health concerns and travel restrictions due to the global coronavirus pandemic. You can view the rules of conduct and procedures of this meeting as well as Minerva's proxy statement and annual report for 2019 in the web portal.
