Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I, on behalf of all the Board members and company's management, welcome you all for this 58th Annual General Meeting of your company. Let me begin by introducing the Board members sitting on the dais. Sitting on my left are Mr. P. G. Pawar, Independent Director; Mr. Shobhan Thakore, Independent Director; Mr. P. H. Ravikumar, Independent Director; Mrs. Lalita Gupte, Independent Director; Mr. Vimal Bhandari, Independent Director.
We have 2 newly appointed additional independent directors, which I would like to introduce to you. First, Mr. Dipak Mane; and second, Mr. Murali Sivaraman. Give you a little brief about these 2 Independent Directors that have been just recently appointed. Mr. Dipak Mane, aged 58 years, has earned his B. Tech. in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and his post-graduate studies in Marketing at the IMD, Lausanne. He's been working with the Bühler Group since 1992 in various techno-commercial functions and has shifted to a role of Global HR in 2015. At Bühler, he
