I'm happy to announce that Bharat Forge has entered into an agreement for the acquisition of JS Auto Cast, which has facilities located in Coimbatore. This is a privately owned company, entrepreneur set up and run, which is primarily present in the industrial space of castings. They make critical and complex machine castings for a variety of industries, the largest being the renewable energy industry, meaning wind. They also cater to hydraulic sector, off-highway, and some amount of specialty automotive
