Park Electrochemical Corp was founded in 1954. The Company develops, manufactures, markets and sells digital and radio frequency microwave printed circuit materials products for the telecommunications and internet infrastructure and high-end computing markets and composite materials, parts and assemblies products for the aerospace markets. The Company operates through fully integrated business units in Asia, Europe and North America. The Company's manufacturing facilities are located in Singapore, France, Kansas, Arizona and California. The Company also maintains research and development facilities in Arizona, Kansas and Singapore. The Company's registered trademarks are AEROGLIDE, COREFIX, EASYCURE E-710, EF, LD, MERCURYWAVE, METEORWAVE, NELCO, RTFOIL, TIN CITY AIRCRAFT WORKS, and SI, and ALPHASTRUT, ELECTROGLIDE, ELECTROVUE, EP, PEELCOTE, POWERBOND, and SIGMASTRUT are common law trademarks of the Company. The Company's multilayer printed circuit materials consist of copper-clad laminates and prepregs, which is an acronym for pre-impregnated material. The Company produces a broad line of printed circuit materials used to fabricate complex multilayer printed circuit boards and other electronic interconnect systems, including backplanes, high speed/low loss multilayers and high density interconnects ("HDIs"). The Company's products utilize, among other things, high-speed, low-loss, engineered formulations, high-temperature modified epoxies, phenolics, BT epoxies, MDA polyimides, enhanced polyimides, APPE, SI (Signal Integrity) products, cyanate esters and PTFE formulations for RF/microwave applications. The Company's customers for its printed circuit materials include the independent printed circuit board fabricators, electronic manufacturing service ("EMS") companies, electronic contract manufacturers ("ECMs") and electronic original equipment manufacturers ("OEMs") in the computer, networking, telecommunications, wireless communications, transportation, aerospace, military and instrumentation industries located throughout North America, Europe and Asia. The Company's competitors are divisions or subsidiaries of very large, diversified multinational manufacturers which are substantially larger and have greater financial resources than the Company and, to a lesser degree, smaller regional producers. MELVILLE, N.Y., March 15, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Park Electrochemical Corp. (:PKE) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share payable May 2, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 4, 2017.
Park has paid 31 consecutive years of uninterrupted regular, quarterly cash dividends without ever skipping a dividend payment or reducing the amount of the dividend.  With the payment of this dividend in May, Park will have paid approximately $345 million in dividends, or $16.80 per share, since the beginning of its 2005 fiscal year. Park Electrochemical Corp. is a global advanced materials company which develops and manufactures advanced composite materials, primary and secondary structures and assemblies and low-volume tooling for the aerospace markets and high-technology digital and RF/microwave printed circuit materials principally for the telecommunications and internet infrastructure, enterprise and military markets. The Company’s manufacturing facilities are located in Kansas, Singapore, France, Arizona and California.
