Good afternoon and welcome to the Snail Inc. 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
It is my pleasure to welcome you here for this meeting and to introduce the management team.
My name is Heidi Chao, CFO of the company. With us today also with Mr. Hai Shi, Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Strategy Officer and Mr. Peter Kang, Senior Vice President, Director of Business Development and Operations.
