Lagercrantz Group AB is a Swedish technology group that acquires and develops companies offering proprietary products and niche solutions, primarily business-to-business. Its operations are organized into divisions covering electrification and connectivity, control and automation technology, security and surveillance (TecSec), and other selected technology niches, with products used in areas such as automation, railway infrastructure, and renewable energy. Customers are mainly industrial and infrastructure companies, system integrators, and public sector organizations, served largely across Northern Europe, with Sweden as the largest market and growing operations elsewhere in Europe, Asia, and North America. Revenue comes from sales of products and solutions, supplemented by aftermarket and service offerings, with a decentralized model in which subsidiaries retain operational responsibility while the parent provides capital, governance, and acquisition expertise.
