I know you announced a small reduction in force, just kind of where you're seeing that operationally, what drove that and how we should kind of be thinking about it. Sure.
Yeah, we announced a small reduction in force, about 6% globally. And since I joined Manhattan at the beginning of last year, I've talked about investing more in sales and marketing.
