Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to Whitehaven Coal Limited's 2019 Annual General Meeting. My name is Mark Vaile. I'm the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Whitehaven and will chair today's meeting.
First of all, at the commencement of today's meeting, I'd like to acknowledge and welcome New South Wales elder and board member of the Metropolitan Local Aboriginal Land Council, Uncle Chicka Madden, who's a Gadigal elder and part of the Eora nation.
