General and special meeting of shareholders. My name is Brock Bobak. I am a Director of Northwest and Chair of its Board.
We are pleased to host today's meeting virtually via a live video webcast through the Lumi platform, which enables registered shareholders and duly appointed proxy holders the same experience regardless of geographic location to participate, submit questions and vote.
